Major: Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, Chemical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields.
II. Experience Requirements:
- Proficient in core technologies for acid and alkaline waste gas treatment (knowledge of organic waste gas treatment is a plus).
- Thorough understanding of waste gas pollutants, treatment principles, process combinations, and equipment integration logic, with the ability to independently design process solutions for various operating conditions.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in the following projects: semiconductor FAB plant exhaust systems, acid and alkaline waste gas treatment systems, process ventilation in electronics manufacturing facilities, and pipeline design for industrial cleanrooms.
III. Software Skills Required:
- Mandatory: AutoCAD (for 2D data preparation and drawing production).
IV. Professional Competencies:
1. Strong drafting skills; proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, and other drafting software; capable of independently producing complete sets of waste gas engineering drawings, with a solid grasp of drawing standards, construction processes, and civil‑engineering coordination requirements.
2. Familiarity with waste gas collection, ventilation, and piping layout standards for semiconductor and PCB manufacturing facilities; knowledgeable about industry environmental emission standards as well as relevant EIA and acceptance inspection requirements, enabling risk mitigation in design and compliance.
3. Ability to independently manage project coordination, calculate air flow parameters, and prepare technical proposals; capable of taking full responsibility for the end-to-end design of small and medium-sized waste gas treatment projects.
4. Detail-oriented and highly responsible, with strong on-site problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills; able to adapt to periodic business travel for project follow-up.
V. Preferred Qualifications:
1. Candidates with comprehensive experience in the full lifecycle design and implementation of waste gas treatment projects at large-scale semiconductor wafer fabs or PCB companies are preferred.
2. Candidates familiar with intelligent and energy‑efficient process optimization in waste gas treatment, and those with experience in designing process upgrades or retrofitting projects, are given priority.

Educational and Professional Requirements: Associate’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in environmental protection or industrial electrical design and commissioning; prior experience with exhaust gas treatment projects is preferred.
Responsibilities include designing electrical and control systems for industrial exhaust gas treatment projects (such as RTO/RCO, VOCs adsorption/desorption, dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification), performing PLC programming, conducting on-site commissioning, and providing after-sales technical support to ensure the safe, compliant, and stable operation of the project’s electrical systems. Proficient in AutoCAD and EPLAN; must be skilled in at least one mainstream PLC programming language and familiar with HMI configuration.
Must have a solid understanding of variable frequency drives, soft starters, low-voltage power distribution, lightning protection and grounding, and explosion-proof electrical systems.
Preferred qualifications: Hold a low-voltage electrician certificate (high-voltage, explosion-proof electrical, intermediate professional title, or registered electrical engineer certifications are advantageous).
Willingness to undertake frequent short-term business trips or long-term on-site assignments in Shenzhen or Guangzhou.
Capable of independently managing the entire project workflow—from conceptual design through schematics, programming, and commissioning.
Additional strengths include familiarity with exhaust gas process control logic (e.g., rotary concentrators + CO oxidation, activated carbon desorption, and furnace temperature interlocks).
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to liaise effectively with process engineers, construction teams, supervisors, and clients.
Highly cost-conscious with a strong awareness of safety risks, and adept at maintaining thorough documentation.
Able to independently manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and schematics to programming and final commissioning.
Note: Assigned to Huaxing in Shenzhen; Li Chao and Chen Junjie are expected to arrive in October to learn system commissioning on the T8 platform, while this electrical engineer will join the team in Shenzhen to handle final project completion tasks.

2–3 years of hands-on BIM experience, with expertise in HVAC, exhaust systems, and MEP installation. Must have independently performed pipe coordination, clash detection, and detailed drawing production.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the following projects: semiconductor FAB plant exhaust systems, VOC treatment systems, process exhaust ventilation in electronic manufacturing facilities, and pipeline design for industrial cleanrooms.
III. Software Skills Required:
Must be proficient in: Revit (MEP modeling), AutoCAD (2D documentation and drafting), Navisworks (clash detection and construction simulation).
For exhaust gas projects, it is often necessary to create custom family libraries, including scrubbers, RTO/RCO furnaces, activated carbon cabinets, fans, VOC concentration wheels, ductwork valves, and more.
IV. Professional Competencies:
Able to interpret PID process flow diagrams and equipment layout drawings, and understand how wind pressure, airflow, and corrosive media influence pipe material selection.
Familiar with common processes such as spray scrubbing, activated carbon adsorption, RTO/RCO, catalytic oxidation, condensation recovery, and process acid/toxic waste discharge systems.
Knowledgeable about anti-corrosion materials (PP, FRP, SS304/316L), insulation, expansion joints, and exhaust stack standards.
V. Job Responsibilities:
Develop BIM models for exhaust gas systems, incorporating process equipment, ductwork, piping, electrical cable trays, and steel structures.
Perform multi-disciplinary integration, clash detection, and pipe coordination optimization, producing section drawings, isometric drawings, and embedded/recessed detail drawings.
Provide visualized construction briefings, simulate work sequences, and provide on-site support to resolve pipeline conflicts during the construction phase.
VI. Other Considerations:
Capable of short-term on-site assignments or business travel (as exhaust gas projects are often located in industrial zones), with strong communication skills to clearly explain pipe coordination logic to design institutes and construction teams.
Note: One additional BIM engineer is being recruited as a reserve, who may later replace an existing BIM engineer whose capabilities are deemed insufficient.
