VOC Organic Waste Gas Treatment System – Zeolite Rotary Wheel + Thermal Oxidation

VOC Organic Waste Gas Treatment System – Zeolite Rotary Wheel

1. The zeolite molecular sieve rotor is divided into three functional zones: the treatment zone, the regeneration zone, and the cooling zone, with the rotor continuously rotating through each of these zones.

2. After passing through a pre‑installed filter, the exhaust gas is directed to the treatment zone of the zeolite molecular sieve rotor. In this zone, VOCs in the organic waste gas are adsorbed and removed by the zeolite molecular sieve, and the purified gas is discharged from the rotor’s treatment section.

3. VOCs adsorbed onto the molecular sieve rotor are desorbed and concentrated (by a factor of 5 to 20) in the regeneration zone through hot-air treatment.

4. The regenerated zeolite molecular sieve rotor is cooled in the cooling zone. The air passing through the cooling zone is then heated and reused as regeneration air, thereby achieving energy savings.
