Harmful substances in humid gases, such as dust, acid mist, aerosols, odors, and PM2.5.

 

Purpose of E.P. use: The high-concentration powder and HF (particles) generated after PFC gas treatment in the PLASMA PART, along with the portion that has been reduced and removed.

Charged particles are attracted and collected by the potential difference between the two ends of an electrokinetic system driven by fluid flow.

  • E.P PART: Fine Powder/Mist, the function of final-stage collection and treatment
  • The collected powder is discharged into the wet tank during drainage via the periodic cleaning function.
  • The discharge electrode is made of Hastelloy-C276, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and superior performance compared to conventional materials.
