On May 13 and 18, 2020, Mei Peimin, a first-level researcher at the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, together with Nie Lei, section chief of the Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization Division, Chen Jingcheng, executive vice president of the Nanjing Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry Association, and Zhou Kui, deputy secretary-general, paid a visit. Jinguangheng Environmental Protection Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. conducted safety production inspection and guidance activities. Deputy General Manager Xu Zhenhao, acting on behalf of Chairman Yu Peiyong, led Mei Peimin and his delegation on a tour of, and inspection of, the PVDF-lined corrosion‑resistant FRP tank fabrication workshop, the FRP pipe winding workshop, the grinding workshop, the assembly and resin‑impregnation workshop, as well as the chemical pump and filtration equipment manufacturing workshop.
Mei Peimin expressed great interest in our company’s pioneering achievement of passing the audit by an international FM‑certifying body—a rigorous assessment of the flame‑retardant performance of chemical‑waste ventilation ducts—making us one of only two domestic enterprises certified for FM‑compliant FRP piping. He commended our approach of aligning product characteristics with proactive safety measures, effectively preventing risks before they materialize. This not only translates into concrete progress on workplace safety but also helps reduce customers’ compliance costs, making it a wise strategy for sustainable development. As Gaochun serves as a key environmental‑protection development hub in Nanjing, and with Jin Guangheng’s production base located there, this undoubtedly bolsters the region’s green‑energy and environmental‑protection industries. Mei Peimin voiced high expectations for Jin Guangheng and shared information on applying to become a “Green Supplier,” along with details of national financial subsidies. He encouraged the company to seize these opportunities, fully leverage favorable government policies, and strive to achieve annual revenues of RMB 1 billion within four to five years, thereby establishing itself as a leading enterprise in Gaochun’s green‑energy and environmental‑protection sector.
