Recently, our company’s headquarters R&D building project has achieved a significant milestone in its construction: the main tower’s structural framework has been successfully erected up to the eighth floor. Meanwhile, the podium section is expected to reach topping-out by mid-to-late September. 
At present, the entire project is progressing in an orderly manner, strictly in accordance with the established schedule. By November this year, the main building’s structural framework is expected to reach full roof completion. This significant milestone not only marks a new phase in the headquarters tower’s construction but also underscores the project team’s exceptional execution capabilities. Mr. Yu Peiyong, Chairman of the Group, personally visited the construction site to offer encouragement to the frontline workforce, emphasizing the need to concentrate all efforts on ensuring construction safety, maintaining rigorous quality control, and accelerating the project’s progress.
As the countdown to topping out officially begins, the project site is bustling with intense activity. Workers, clad in standardized safety gear, are diligently and systematically at their posts, with every brick and tile laid reflecting their hard work and ingenuity. The project team has also implemented an advanced intelligent management system, leveraging real-time monitoring and data analytics to ensure precision at every stage of construction, thereby providing robust technical support for delivering a high‑quality outcome. Meanwhile, the surrounding environment has been thoughtfully landscaped, with greenery adorning the site—both enhancing its aesthetic appeal and underscoring the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
