Ethyl acetate: CH 3 COOCH 2 CH 3 + NaOH → CH 3 COONa + C 2 H 5 OH

Ester compounds: 3HCOOH + 2NaMnO 4 + 4NaOH = 3Na 2 CO 3 + 2MnO 2 + 5H 2 O

Aldehyde lipids: 90 g HCHO + 632 g NaMnO 4 = 132 g CO 2 +348gmMnO 2 +90gmH 2 O

Hydrofluoric acid series: NaOH + HF → NaF + H 2 O
